Case study · App
Rally runs real pickleball and padel in Mumbai — clubs, weekly games, leagues, paid tournaments and live scoring. Players install it on their phones. Organisers collect entry fees through it. It has been running every week since May 2026.
The ask
Every sports group runs on a WhatsApp group, and every WhatsApp group has the same four unanswerable questions: who's actually in, what time did we settle on, who owes for the court, and who won last week.
The answers are all in the chat somewhere, 200 messages up. Rally's job was never to replace the group — it was to take the four structured questions out of it and leave the banter alone.
“I don't want anything manual. They just want to schedule a game, get the crew to answer, and that's it.”

How it's built
Hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript on Cloudflare — the whole app is served from the edge and costs almost nothing to run at this size. There's no React, no bundler and no node_modules, which is why a fix ships in minutes rather than a release cycle.
It installs from the browser like a native app, works on a bad court-side connection, and updates itself silently the next time it's opened.
The same, for you
Scoped, designed, built and shipped — installable from the web or on the app stores. Payments, sign-in and notifications included, not a template with your logo on it.
